1. How sustainable is Finch + Agnes?

We aim for our clothing to be fully produced by methods that are both fair to people and friendly to the environment. Obtaining a 100% GOTS certified collection is our ultimate goal. However, since this is our second - small - collection, we still have a long way to go. Hopefully with every new collection, we will come closer to fulfulling this dream. For this collection, 80% of the fabrics are made of bio cotton and we work with a small factory that respects its workers. A first step is taken.

3. How does Finch + Agnes deal with privacy issues?

When you place an order with Finch + Agnes your personal information will be registered. We only use this information to process and ship orders. We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will never pass your personal information to a third party.


4. How do I pay?

Our prices include value added tax. We offer secure credit card payment through the payment system offered by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). We also offer PayPal as a checkout option.

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, send us an email at [email protected] with the item(s) and size(s) you would like plus the shipping address. Don't use the checkout option on site. Please note that any transfer costs are to be paid by the customer.

5. What does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Items will be sent on Monday morning, Wednesday morning and Saturday morning. Orders are shipped by PostNL, track and trace included. International orders go by certified mail.

If you need your package as soon as possible, please shoot us an e-mail and we will do our best to help you.

If international customers prefer lower shipping costs [€9,45], they can opt for a shipment without certification. Please send us an email at [email protected] with the item[s] and size[s] you would like. Don't use the checkout option on site. Please note that with this shipping option the risk of loss of the package is with the customer. Also, in this case payment occurs via bank transfer.             


6. What do I do if I want to return or exchange an item?

If the items you ordered are not what you were looking for, or you made a mistake with the size, you are entitled to return items and get a refund of the item costs or exchange within 7 working days of having received it. The items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged and with the labels attached to the product. You have the right to open the package to inspect the items, but the items must be returned unused. When returning an item, always use the return form below and include the receipt you received with your delivery – make a copy for yourself.  Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returning items. When exchanging, you will pay new shipping costs.

7. What if something is wrong with my item?

If you have received a wrong item [defective – please attach photo –, wrong style, wrong size] please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. If we conclude we are faulty, we will replace the item with a new one without additional costs and repay you for the shipping costs within 30 days.
